How, about spending a night at the Museum?
Airbnb is providing the opportunity to stay at the Musée d’Orsay. The clock room in the museum offers views of the Olympics Opening Ceremony.
When the Musée d’Orsay moved into a railway station in Paris back in 1986 it adorned its train hall with sculptures and housed its impressive collection of Impressionist art in the former railway hotel.

Visitors were able to explore the 19th century clock room on the floor admiring not the timepiece itself but also enjoying panoramic views of Sacre Coeur and Tuileries Gardens overlooking the Seine. The sight from this building is truly awe inspiring isn’t it?
If you’ve ever dreamt of staying now’s your chance. Airbnb has announced that this summer they are offering a stay in the Musée d’Orsay’s transformed clock room designed by French artist Mathieu Lehanneur. In his listing he mentioned, "For a time only experience a night like never, before as we turn this clock room into a luxurious bedroom. I have created a space that embodies both romance and modernity – extravagant.”
